Date: Jun 04 2007 Major: Chemical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time) Kstate is an elite public engineering school. I've been through the program, I'm aware of other programs from having a strong relationship with the graduate students and they would agree that Kstate's engineering school offers the same or better education as other elite public programs such as the University of Toronto, University of Washington, and University of Texas A&M… You're right by saying I have not been through other school's undergraduate programs, but speaking to those who have, has leads me to believe Kstate maintains a strong engineering school. Plus, factor in the low cost of Kstate, and it's worth it. My other experiences at Kstate are a mixed bag, so really good, others bad… Overall, anywhere you decide on going, you should be fine, hey, it's college, you're going to have to work hard anywhere you go, (unless you major in business!)
